Terms of Service
These terms apply when you order or use a platform built by OneLMS (onelms.lk), run by PANORALINK Business Solutions (PVT) Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What we provide
We design, build and launch learning platforms (Public, Private, Hybrid, University and Custom LMS, Institute Management Systems and Student Phone Software). The products and their prices are listed on our website. Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees and exclude taxes.
2. Ordering and payment
- Hybrid, University and Custom LMS are built in stages. You pay a 40% advance to begin. The remaining 60% is due only after you review and approve the finished platform.
- All other products are paid in full up front.
- You pay by bank transfer and upload your payment slip on the order page. We start work once we have verified the payment.
- There is a yearly fee for each plan, shown with the price on our website.
3. The optional 5% per transaction
On the plans that show it, you can choose to add our services for 5% of each transaction your students pay. This covers student technical support, payment gateway and payment handling costs, SMS gateway costs, and hosting and infrastructure management. It is optional: you can buy the system without these services and pay no commission, in which case you arrange your own payment gateway, SMS gateway, hosting and student support.
4. The build
After payment you share your brand and content with us. We build your platform in phases, you review each phase and ask for changes, and we then hold a handover meeting and go live. We will keep you updated by SMS and email, and you can follow progress by logging in to the order portal. Timings depend on how quickly you provide your content and feedback.
5. Your content and your students
You stay responsible for the lessons, videos, documents and other content you put on your platform, and you must have the right to use it. You are responsible for how you use the platform with your own students.
6. Service availability
We work to keep your platform running, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption.
7. Cancellations and payment problems
If you have a question before you pay, message us first. If you need to cancel an order or there is a problem with a payment, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will respond and agree the next step with you.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
