Privacy Policy
OneLMS (onelms.lk) designs and builds learning platforms for teachers and institutes in Sri Lanka. It is run by PANORALINK Business Solutions (PVT) Ltd. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, ask for a demo or place an order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Free demo request: your name, mobile number and what you teach.
- Order: your name, mobile number, email address, the product you choose, your payment slip (an image or PDF), and a password (stored only in scrambled form).
- Unfinished order: if you type your name and mobile number on the order form and then leave without ordering, we may keep those two details so we can follow up. They are deleted when you place an order, or when you ask us to delete them.
- Where you came from: if you arrive from one of our Google or Facebook adverts, we note the campaign and the click identifier in the link, so we know which adverts work.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by phone.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your demo request, by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To process your order and keep you updated on each stage of the build (SMS and email).
- To follow up an enquiry you started but did not finish.
- To measure how our website and adverts perform, and to improve them.
Cookies and tracking
- A small first-party cookie remembers which advert or website brought you here, for up to 30 days.
- Your browser remembers your light or dark theme choice.
- We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to count visits and the actions people take (for example, sending a demo request or tapping WhatsApp) and to show our adverts to people who visited the site. These services set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage advert personalisation in your Google and Facebook account settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run OneLMS: our web hosting and email provider (Hostinger), our SMS provider (Notify.lk), and Google and Meta for the measurement described above. Your payment slip is seen only by our team.
How long we keep it
We keep order records and payment slips for as long as we need them to deliver and support your platform and to meet our accounting and legal duties. Demo requests and unfinished-order details are kept only as long as we need them to follow up with you.
Your rights
Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent to being contacted. Message us on WhatsApp or call and we will respond.
